Returns & Replacements

We want you to love every brew, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return brewers within 30 days and unopened pods or accessories within 30 days of receipt. Please note that coffee pods must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your brewer or unopened pods in the original box and attach the return shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
